I’m experiencing the waking of birds, rustling in the trees, bird calls of all sorts loud and soft, an underlying noise of crickets, far off traffic, an echo of a helicopter, pressure in my body from all I ate yesterday, the cool morning air outside…
I AM Powerful, Confident, Worthy, Peaceful, Loving and an Exciting FREE Man!
- I’m committed today to the rhythm. To look in and project out. To be free and do what it takes to have IT.
- I need to be my goals, the vibrations’ desire.
- I’m willing to pay the price of perseverance.
- My payoff will be an effort that gets easier as the results become increasingly unknown.

I’m experiencing the dry air, sun on the horizon, hum of the fan, taste of coffee, my posture, the need to stretch, my fingers on the keys, the noise of the upstairs neighbors, the sound of plain engines…
I AM my Own Man!
- I’m committed today to a powerful meeting with clients. I’m also committed to a new experience with Jewish friends as we celebrate Rosh Hashana. In relation I’m committed to take the time to reflect
- I need to be accepting, loving, caring, open, confident, worthy, peaceful.
- I’m willing to pay the price of seeing all reflections of my self.
- My payoff will be an experience beyond my boundaries. An understanding of others. A contribution to the feeling of oneness.
Today will certainly be an interesting one. I realize I have feeling of nervousness. A new client and festivities I know nothing about. I’m glad I can realize I have these feelings and extra happy I’m able to walk into them as well. Today is my day!

Hello Noreaster
I AM Aqua Man!
- I’m committed today to happily swim to work. To jump in every puddle on my way to class. I’m committed to have fun participating in class’s activities today. I’m committed to be a super hero test taker.
- I need to be with my inner child. I need to be powerful, confident and worthy.
- I’m willing to pay the price of not getting it correct. I’m willing to get a grade.
- My payoff will be knowledge, commitment to my work goals, meeting new people.
OK kid, dress up! It’s messy out there.

I invoke the 5-Second Rule very sparingly. It’s less hygiene’s sake & more my fear that it’s the gateway drug to becoming a freegan.

I’m a kid on the first day of school today. Up early and very prepared.
I AM a student, Man!
- I’m committed today to my desire and long time wishes to learn what the industry thinks of the skills I have taught myself over the last 8 years. I’m committed to an all day class.
- I need to be a sponge. I need to be aware and ask small questions within each step of the day.
- I’m willing to pay the price of asking questions. I’m willing to be noticed among the students.
- My payoff will be a part of a common language and a quieted loop in my mind. My payoff is to conclude the open questions in the categories I know (I know I know, I know I don’t know, I don’t know I know)
Remember those older students in college? Up front.
Next 4 days I’m one of those.
Just shaved. Baby face don’t fail me know!
